This Shipping Policy explains where and how we deliver hardware orders placed with Shiok POS, and what to do if something goes wrong. Please read this together with our Refund Policy and Cancellation Policy.
We ship throughout Malaysia, including Peninsular Malaysia and East Malaysia (Sabah and Sarawak). We do not offer international delivery for our hardware at this time.
These are estimates provided by our courier partners. Actual delivery times may vary due to courier workloads, weather, or operational factors.
Shipping rates are calculated based on destination, weight, and dimensions, and will be confirmed before you make payment. Any promotional free shipping will be applied automatically when your order meets the stated conditions.
When your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the courier tracking page. Tracking may take several hours to update after dispatch.
Couriers may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available, they may attempt delivery again or route the parcel to a nearby collection point. Follow the courier notice to arrange redelivery or collection within the time stated. Uncollected parcels may be returned to us and may incur a redelivery fee.
Please ensure your delivery address and contact details are complete and accurate. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery caused by incomplete or incorrect addresses. For security reasons, we may decline delivery to P.O. boxes or restricted locations and request an alternative address.
Risk of loss or damage passes to you on delivery. Title to goods passes when we receive full payment. Please inspect parcels on delivery and notify the courier and us immediately if you notice external damage.
If your parcel arrives damaged, items are missing, or the contents are faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number, photos of the parcel and contents, and a description of the issue. We will investigate with the courier and provide a resolution in line with our Refund Policy.
If your tracking shows no movement for more than 5 business days, or the parcel is marked delivered but you did not receive it, contact us so we can open a trace with the courier. Where a parcel is confirmed lost, we will replace the item or provide a refund according to availability.
Orders that include pre-order or backorder items will dispatch when all items are available, unless you arrange a split shipment with us, if offered. Additional shipping charges may apply to split shipments.
There are currently no shipping restrictions on our products within Malaysia.
Couriers may capture a signature, name, photo, or geo-location as proof of delivery. By placing an order, you consent to reasonable proof-of-delivery methods used by our couriers.
We may update this Shipping Policy from time to time to reflect changes in courier services, rates, or law. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
